During Week 5 we received a Lego Spike Prime robotics kit and Ean quickly began mocking up a way to have a physical set where a minifigure could look like it was running and having two walls swing to make it look like a minifigure was turning around a corner, to include some visual variety in our shots.
Arthur began setting up cameras and OBS in the Greenscreen room and based on that, Ean, Esther, and Isabella began doing some experimental shots with the physical model and lighting the set.
Esther was also hard at work alongside Harley to finish up our poster, half-sheet, and team photo, as well as further refine the website into the current layout.
Harley also created high-level storyboards for our concept, one exploring the zombies chasing the living human through the halls until they catch up with it.
The other a high-level look at how the in-person and live elements of the performance would work, with kids coming into a classroom, entering UEFN, and the livestream team narrating the experience.
Isabella continued creating custom minifigures to flesh out the world we’re making., trying to embody a diverse range of characters for the minifigs.
