The bulk of the week was spent preparing for finals. We worked closely with Ralph and John to update our slides and made sure to clearly communicate our design process and iterations, as well as what we struggled with and learned from the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the crucial components that we needed was a demo or overview of our experience that we could talk through. To do this, we recruited some of our classmates and placed them in the fifth floor Cluster to simulate what the view would look like in the classroom. From there, we sent out the playtest link to them and had them run through the level alongside us to show off how the level looks from the player perspective. The process of doing this was very hectic, but we were able to get it accomplished before the end of the week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We also worked on putting finishing polish on our experience, including the voting system that would allow for a preprogrammed pause so that people could look up and watch the livestream.
