Weekly Overview
This week, we shifted our focus toward preparing for the final showcase and ensuring everything is in place. In the green screen room, we began installing equipment and optimizing the setup to create a seamless experience. This included refining the scenes for a more polished and efficient virtual environment. Simultaneously, we made significant progress on our final documentation, completing nearly half of it. The documentation aims to thoroughly detail our workflow, challenges, and insights, serving as a comprehensive resource for our project. Additionally, we started work on our final presentation video, planning the structure and logistics to ensure it effectively conveys our journey. Shooting for the video is scheduled for next week. With these preparations underway, we are steadily moving toward delivering a polished and impactful final presentation.
Documentation Doc
We’ve centralized our documentation into a Word document, compiling the content from the notes we’ve taken throughout the semester. Once the content is finalized, we’ll export it as a PDF for a polished presentation. Additionally, we’re planning to create an interactive online version using GitBook, which will make the documentation more accessible and engaging. The link to the GitBook version will be provided once it’s ready.
