This week is our 1/4 walkaround project presentation. We introduced our project to ETC’s faculties with the ODS environment we built last week.
1/4 Presentation
Here’s a sneak peek at our presentation.
According to the idea and the requirement from our clients, here is the guest experience we want to realize. And it should be a game for everyone. We want our players to cooperate with each other, and move around physically in the space.

We decided to use Unreal 5 as our development platform. Unreal 5 owns a lot of advantages that fit our hardware and vision.

To achieve this goal, we still face these challenges to be explored. Such as figuring out the controllers we want to use, playtesting, and playing with different movement speeds.

We got a lot of suggestions at the showcase from our faculties, here are some of the notes we got. Next week we will refine our pitch ideas based on the suggestions.

- Create a guide at the top of the screen (utilize the screen)
- Combined with other tools, like using paper on the screen
- Space
- Decoration of the space based on the game background
- People can also do other things in the space
- Consider people’s distance
- Problems need to be solved
