This week was about building the backbone of the project: our roadmap, backlog, and the first drafts of how a player might enter this world. The stage is now visible, even if the curtains are still closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We decided to treat each week as a sprint, aiming to produce something deliverable\u2014or at least demo-ready\u2014for every instructor meeting. At the same time, we\u2019ve realized the challenges ahead: everyone\u2019s schedules are very different, so some compromises will inevitably be needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of that, the updates we received from the relevant copyright owners were, at best, not ideal. We\u2019ll continue tracking the situation next week and adjust our approach as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Progress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quarter plan drafted and broken down into milestones <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backlog created, tying every task to a deliverable <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early designs of the player\u2019s entry point into the experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s next<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare for the quarter walkthrough<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figure out the copyright issues of Andy Warhol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction With the spark lit, we needed structure.
