The first week was about getting to know each other, understanding the team’s strengths and personal goals for the semester, and developing a clear project vision.
Our first goal was to establish the project’s direction and structure.
After setting the general schedule and co-hour, we discussed each team member’s goals and distributed roles based on individual strengths.

We created a “Gold Spike” sheet to clarify our collaborative workflow and attended the Playtest Workshop.
Other students provided valuable advice and com, which we will use to develop our idea in the following weeks.
