Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This week, we focused on refining the experience based on playtest feedback while continuing to build and polish the remaining components.<\/p>\n

Telegram Booth Updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We updated the display logic so that newly submitted messages now appear more promptly, enhancing the immediacy of interaction. Visually, we introduced a mix of typefaces to reflect the feeling that different individuals are speaking and added highlight to random sentences. The auto-filtering feature<\/strong> was also completed\u2014our speech recognition system now reads from a JSON list of banned words and replaces them with \u201c…\u201d, helping keep the content appropriate.<\/p>\n

Luggage Station<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Based on historical accuracy concerns raised during testing, we decided to replace the landline handset with a custom cone-style earpiece<\/strong>, which we modeled and 3D printed<\/strong> to better reflect the era. We also installed a new battery power supply<\/strong> to improve reliability and portability.<\/p>\n

Sound & Atmosphere<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We finalized the ambient sound design<\/strong> to better match the emotional arc of the musical and create a cohesive background presence for the installation.<\/p>\n

Promotion<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We created a graphic for Instagram promotion<\/strong>, which will be shared through the Drama Department\u2019s official account to help raise visibility and bring in audience interest.<\/p>\n
