Additionally, the initiative aims to assist current students and faculty in gaining a better understanding of ETC&#8217;s history and the work of their peers, thereby enhancing overall efficiency in knowledge acquisition during visits. What we did also provided support for navigating within ETC&#8217;s facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we made<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-22fe2ee54aefe2b375c1b3605d307aa8 wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projects.etc.cmu.edu\/experience-x\/portal-design\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"226\"><strong>Kiosk<\/strong> <strong>(Click to check more details)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We affixed a touch frame onto the existing TV screen, providing users with the ability to navigate through a digital rendition of ETC by touching the screen. The touchscreen interface allows users to manipulate a 3D model of the building, rotating it as desired. Our goal is to provide players with an amusement park-like experience that is typically associated with VR but within a short duration.
