We identified that discrepancies in camera smoothness and responsiveness were weakening immersion. Subtle repainting, retexturing, and repositioning were conducted to minimize visual mismatches during crossfades and scene blending. Lighting was recalibrated to ensure smoother transitions between physical and virtual elements, while camera movement experiments using the new slider aimed to produce emotionally resonant, cinematic shots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"320\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/projects.etc.cmu.edu\/holocraft-studios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/shot1-ezgif.com-video-to-gif-converter-1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-490\" style=\"width:620px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Others<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To streamline the final stages of production, the team revised the internal deliverable checklist, clearly distinguishing technical lock milestones from visual polish objectives.
