An interactive narrative by I’mPossible
The
Undelivered.
Some things shouldn’t
wait for someday.
A mail carrier. A handful of letters.
A story about the people we make time for,
and the things we leave for later.

What matters to you deserves your time.
A game about moral ambition01 The project
A story about letters.
And everything
between the lines.
We started with a question: how can we use our abilities to make a difference in the world?
As the project took shape, we found ourselves asking something more immediate: if our time is limited, why do we put off the things we believe matter?
The Undelivered is an interactive narrative game set in the everyday world of a mail carrier. As his routines and relationships begin to shift, players are invited to look closer, listen to others, and reconsider what deserves their time.
Time. Attention. A small step toward action.
02 The experience
An ordinary route.
A different way of seeing.
Step into a mail carrier’s everyday life. Let the smallest actions lead you closer to the people behind the addresses.
Find your rhythm.
Pick up, inspect, sort, and stamp. Settle into the familiar rhythm of the Office of Undelivered Letters.
Look a little closer.
Follow letters beyond the sorting desk. Meet the people along the route, and take a moment to hear their stories.
Make time matter.
Choose through what you do: where you look, when you stay, and who you turn toward. Small actions carry meaning.
