PRODUCTION
On the production side, Selena and Samantha are reaching out to Shirley for budget advice and waiting for the specific number on the camera and the important crew. Looking for people for crew and casting. We already received some emails from people we have reached out to, including the owner of a house next to Shadyside that we can use (Sam), a ETC approved film company owned by ETC alumni (Jaehee), an actor referred by Brenda that can act as Julian (Isaac). We will be scheduling meetings with them next week to discuss more.
Felix has sent the initial design of the logo to Shirley, while Jose is designing the poster and half-sheet will be sending the design today to Shirley. Samantha and Selena are currently working on the project description. Team bonding event was also reserved for next Thursday. Working on the website but finding out there is a bug to publish, Steve will fix it on Monday.

NARRATIVE
On the narrative side, Samantha utilized AI to generate some initial analysis (deconstructing the screenplay) to bridge the communication gap between incorporating UX design and traditional film screenplay.

INTERACTION
On the UX side, Felix started working on creating the use case interaction storyboard and we have decided that one person will lead the storyline and the other audience as spectators.

CINEMATOGRAPHY
On the film side, Jose started working on the storyboard and he will be getting supplies from the paint room to create a 3D paper storyboard to imitate the Cavern.

ART
On the art side, Lucy was able to make a general block out for the junkyard scene and set up the Cavern screen to test it. She was also looking up some free assets to use in the first scene. We were able to connect with the Junkyard and we will begin to go and scan next Friday morning. Since RPIS was blocked as we intended to scan Meta head in RPIS, we’ve reached out to John to use the green room today and earlier next week.

TECH
On the tech side, Grace is working on installing the device, she has been working on reading the guide, reaching out to Steve. She needs more time installing and she will also reach out to the other Cavern team.
