Week 07
This week is about half presentation.
Key event
This week we are preparing for our half presentation. We signed up for Friday session and were able to present our test shoot and interaction iterations. We received lots of good feedbacks from the faculty members.

Overall weekly progress
This week we have been working on refining the story interaction, preparing, and practicing for ½ presentation on Friday. During our weekly team meeting, we were able to come up with a timeline to prepare for our live action filming March 14, 15, and 16th.
Progress in different department
PRODUCTION
On the production side, we were able to decide and push for signing the contract with all of our actors. We also updated the script breakdown list based on Felix’s revision of interaction (link). We were able to create the prop list to purchase as well as the costume list for scene breakdown. We went on a Walmart trip for shopping props. Lucy, Felix, Sam and Selena were able to decide on the effects list for the script. We plan to test shoot next Tuesday in Alex’s house for blocking everything in the script.
NARRATIVE and CINEMATOGRAPHY
On the story and cinematography and narrative side, Samantha and Jose were able to check out lights from the green room. Samantha will revise the script during the weekend with the details received from the interaction side. We plan to test shoot next Tuesday in Alex’s house for blocking everything in the script. We have also finished 2nd draft of shot list/ storyboard and created new templates:
INTERACTION
On the interaction side, Felix was able to adjust the interaction details and create meetings with both narrative, art, and production sides to confirm the interactions.
ART
On the art side, Lucy was able to refine and design the style for the presentation.
TECH
On the tech side, Grace was able to raycast and create a demo of interaction with a user turning the head. She’s in the process of adjusting the correctness of face position and the unstableness of the head tracking.
