{"id":231,"date":"2026-04-23T20:43:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T20:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.etc.cmu.edu\/it-takes-two-alices\/?p=231"},"modified":"2026-04-23T20:43:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T20:43:00","slug":"week-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.etc.cmu.edu\/it-takes-two-alices\/week-13\/","title":{"rendered":"Week 13"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We have softs on Monday, which received generally positive feedback: instructors can figure out the purpose of the levels (understand that they made a loop), communicate effectively, and understand why it would be suited for the Tilt 5 platform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some general feedback about smaller problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is confusing that interaction uses the trigger button, and the tutorial uses the 1 and 2 button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placing tiles on the signpost might be still a bit frustrating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We don\u2019t have numbers larger than 12. When adding to a higher number, it doesn\u2019t change the number texture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We should add dog emotes\/thought bubbles for more feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trees might be blocking the view<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the 1st level, they got confused about not all the slots need to get filled, suggested that we have a black block for the other path<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the run and reset button\u2019s aesthetics to fit the scene more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the realistic wooden texture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving on, we planned our further steps to fix the problems and finish our 3rd level with type change. We also plan to figure out mixed casting to be able to stream and record the game better.
