Paper Prototype & Playtesting
This week, the team worked on the papar prototype and brought the boardgame version of the game to the 1st Playtest Night.



Playtester 1:
- The player feels that the use of music notes is not about music and just about solving puzzles.
- The music input system does not feel integral to the gameplay.
Playtester 2:
- Suggests showing a small part of the map initially and gradually extending it, rather than revealing the whole map at the beginning.
- Emphasizes the need for a clear interaction sequence; avoid allowing the player to interact with meaningless objects.

Next Steps
- Refine / Pivot on the main game mechanics to figure out a more interesting way for the main gameplay
- Finalize the audio for the five notes
- Finalize the main character cloth simulation and outfit design
- Systems programming in UE5
