Week 13 – Dec 2nd (Softs Week)

Hello!

Soft opening week

We made it to Softs and sent out our rough draft documentation to our faculty soft visitors.

During Softs, we got a lot of great feedback on how to present our material during Finals as well as ways to improve our documentation.

For one, we need to solidify who the audience is for our documentation and how they might use the information that we have provided. Could be something we bring up with Kei in our next client meeting.

They recommended that we complete our conclusion, thinking ahead for SwipeVideo. What are ways to take SwipeVideo in the future? As a team, we have to question where SwipeVideo could expand and utilize new technology. John Dessler brought up a good point, that our concepts may not be exactly what SwipeVideo pursues in the future, but rather inspiration for different ideas. The information we provide may serve as a bouncing-off point for the SwipeVideo team.

For the final presentation, we need to talk about the project and also what we learned tackling this type of project. As many faculty members have expressed, our project is more geared towards identifying possible future problems and suggesting solutions to those possible problems.
