Members

Wuji Cao
Programmer
Wuji is a Game Developer focus on Character Mechanism and Designer Tools. In this project, he will be developing level design tools that can be used by level designer, and construct the character system with system designers

Albert Guo
Level Designer, Sound Designer
Albert Guo is a Level Designer on this project, with a career goal of becoming a professional Level Designer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and has previous internship experience in both system design and level design.

Xixi Huang
Producer, Level Designer, Sound Designer
Xixi is a passionate game designer and producer with a background in landscape architecture. She brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to environment art and level design.

Yuhuai Huang
Programmer, Technical Artist
Yuhuai is a Programmer and UI/UX Designer with a background in Computer Science. Besides these, he is also passionate about Graphic Design and Music. In this project, he is primarily responsible for gameplay programming, technical art, and music composition.

Tianyi Lin
Technical Artist
Tianyi Lin is a Technical Artist with a focus on Rigging and VFX. In this project, he will work with the programmers to set up the characters and visualize their abilities. He will also collaborate with the environment artists and level designers to build the environment and refine the lighting setup.

Ashling Tu
Producer, Artist, Narrative Designer
Ashling is a concept artist and environment artist. She possesses professional concept art skills and technical ability for an immersive world.
In Team Ouessant, Ashling is responsible for Production, Art Direction and Narrative Designs

Yiran Zhang
3D Artist, Level Designer
Yiran(Lisa) is a game designer and 3d/2d artist with a focus on game system and interaction experience. In this project, she will mainly be responsible for the system design, help with level design and environment implementation/modeling in Unity6.
Instructors

Ricardo Washington
Project Instructor
Ricardo is a Professor at Carnegie Mellon and uses his skills and knowledge to teach students outside of the traditional academic environment.
He has taught classes in 3D art, specializing in modeling and texture creation. He also taught game design, animation, and production classes.
Ricardo works to improve the academic culture with consistent and robust service on various committees and boards, organizing multiple events, updating classes and curricula, and connecting with the community in Pittsburgh.

Ketul Majmudar
Subject Matter Expert
Ketul is a game designer currently working at Meta. He has shipped Asgard’s Wrath 2 and God of War Ragnarok. He is a graduate from Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center and has shipped three mobile titles as a VR game designer and programmer. He also likes to blog about game design and play action-adventure games in his free time.

Ruth Comley
Project Instructor
Ruth Comley is an educator that has been teaching undergrad and graduate classes for 28 years in the areas of digital art, experience design, and project management. She has a Specialized Associates degree in Industrial Design, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters of Entertainment degree in Entertainment Technology.
Currently Ruth is an Associate Teaching Professor at Carnegie Mellon University where she teaches Masters classes in Project Production, Digital Art, and Experience Design in the Entertainment Technology Center. She is also the Art Director for Stage and Steel Productions, Khymira Entertainment, and an active Board member of StriplightCommunity Theater. There she designs and produces seasonal festivals and events while also writing, producing, and directing theatrical plays.
