This event provides us with the invaluable opportunity to gather feedback from a diverse audience across various age groups. More importantly, it allows us to put our design assumptions to the test and validate them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading up to Playtest Day, our environment artists continued their creative output, going beyond mere functional assets for the storyline. As for our initial rendering efforts, we&#8217;ve generated multiple scenes with varying lighting setups and edited them together to produce the first version of our rendered animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"rendertest2\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0KidDFtC4qA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The latest render tailored for the NDC display<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To understand our work better from the audience&#8217;s perspective, we created a questionnaire to gather demographic information and feedback from playtesters. Regarding the question from week 7 about making it clear that the monologue comes from the monster, we thought featuring the brain in motion during the establishing shot could help.
