To maximize productivity from the outset, teams promptly convened in the first week to outline their semester goals and project tasks, with Vial Production being no exception. With the faculty-approved excerpts in hand, the brainstorming sessions surpassed expectations, leading the team to unanimously choose the storyline inspired by Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to diving into production, we distributed a questionnaire to assess each teammate’s strengths and weaknesses in the traditional animation production pipeline. Additionally, we delved into everyone’s comfort zones and learning objectives. Utilizing this valuable feedback, we meticulously crafted a draft for labor division, ensuring that each member could leverage their strengths while also providing opportunities for personal growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In order to enhance the clarity of individual responsibilities throughout the semester, we have devised a comprehensive timeline table. This tool serves as a visual guide for each team member, ensuring alignment with project goals and facilitating constant progress tracking. This timeline table is an integral part of our entire production, providing insights into the structured and organized approach we are adopting to meet project milestones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
