Charles Johnson
Charles is an Assistant Professor and Leadership and Innovation. For nearly three decades Charles has worked at the intersection of human performance, design, technology and manufacturing creating both analog and digital experiences for the sports, fashion, active lifestyle and gaming sectors. As former Global Director of Innovation at Puma SE Global Headquarters in Germany, he led a team to create new performance enhancing technologies and experiences for athletes as well as motorsport teams. He has nurtured partnerships with Cake Electric Motorcycles, BMW Design Works, Porsche Design, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, MIT Design Lab, University of Stuttgart, Fraunhofer, Playseat and Electronic Sports League. Charles serves as juror for iF Design Award, IDEA and Core77 international design awards.
