Week 13 – Document Our Work

As we mentioned before, one of the core missions of this project is to explore, make mistakes, and document what we learn. After taking a breath following Soft Opening, we reframed our findings and began turning them into concrete documentation this week.

We decided to organize our documentation into several components:

  • Experience Demo — An interactive experience designed to help younger audiences engage with Greek mythology.
  • GitHub Repository — A fully transferred ETC repository containing all project files.
  • GitHub README — A polished installation guide and MIT license.
  • Technical Rationale Document — A record of our decision-making process and the evolution of our tech stack.
  • System Design Document — An explanation of how the three-way conversation system is structured and implemented.
  • Experience Design Document — A breakdown of our current experience flow and the insights we gained from prompt and interaction design.
  • Animation System Documentation — A description of how text output is transformed into character animation.

We also completed the MIT license sign-off, indicating that every team member agrees to open-source the project within ETC, so future teams can build their own experiences on top of what we created.
