Half Time Show
The week before Halves has arrived. We have a milestone in view.
For this week we planned to work on scoping down to create a deliverable for Halves and working on the presentation.
As planned, Anna was able to create a new/darker version of the storyboard.
We decided to playtest the new storyboard and see if we could get induce the response we want.
People who had tested the earlier versions seemed to notice the difference almost immediately. They felt it was more powerful than the last version.
But new people who tested the demo, still remained apathetic, while they did understand our Protagonist’s sorrows. While making someone aware and understand something is a transformation feat in itself, our aim it make people empathize.
Our Next Steps:
- Work on integrating a bug free shader to our unity project
- Implementing the new level design into the build
- Working on the narrative level design that is darker
- Implementing sound effects to our demo
