Writing a character with an AI in the room
Our biggest take:
AI drafts the persona. The details are the author's.
The second thing we learned is about structure.
It’s the Inside Out model, essentially: a core memory, a belief that grows out of it, and a behaviour that follows from the belief.
We’ll use the same order for every character after her.
Echo’s story isn’t invented. It’s taken from things that have actually happened to people in this industry.

Art landed across the economy screens. The shop, the gacha draw, the styling room, the weekly review, and the item rarity set.
Incorporation moved forward with counsel, with the paperwork targeted for early November.
First customer-discovery panel. We presented to an entrepreneur-in-residence and got the notes that matters most at this stage:
