Intro Video Texture

Level 2 Design

Scenario: Overwhelming the player with multiple inputs and outputs

Meeting with Jesse Schell

We disscussed whether we need to add narrative design to invoke more interests in students.

Decisions afterwards:

  • Turn down the Narrative Design
  • Funnier Failure and Success Case Design

Success:

People cheer for the player as they pass.

Failure for Level 0:

Cars behind the player honk and boo them.

Failure for Level 1 Case 2:

The pedestrian’s head falls off and his body tries to find it (Frankenstein). People rush towards the car and boo.

Level 2:

Chaos. Cars honking, people walking, fire truck passing.
