After the playtesting session on Saturday, we started working on updated contents based on the feedback from last week’s playtesting session.
Content Update
We changed the term from investor to funder as instructed. We have also completed the ‘designer reminder’ system that allows the designers to enter the code in order to synchronize with the funder’s topic & requirement. We also updated the timer on the funder’s screen.
UI/UX and Art
We re-designed the UI layout including fitting the ‘Next’ Button into the top-of-page view so every UI element can be on a single page to avoid scroll-down actions. The ‘Personal Interest’ and ‘Give Designers 30s to brainstorm’ pages were also simplified in order to reduce the text required for reading.
Animation
We made a basic animation of our mascot.
Poster Draft
We have designed three variations of the poster and put our temporary title ‘Pitch Party’.
Next Steps
- Soften ‘Personal Interest’ and give funder and designers more freedom on discussion
- Finish a basic profile function to track the player’s status
- Continue polish UI/UX
- Implement animations and art assets
- Complete poster design and video trailer
