Summary of the Week

This week we had so much fun at GDC 2023. We attend a lot of level design summits, hearing insights from the most famous video game studio. We attended a summit talking about how Horizon level was iterated. 

Dennis, the lead dungeon designer shared a brief insight about the production pipeline. How did they split level design, world design, and quest design tasks.

Then, we attended a summit by the developer of Tunic. He shared his way of designing secrets and hiding them in the game. He also shared the way of dividing the potential path into different choices.
