dev blog week 13


  • Implemented all movements into the isometric platformer;
  • Updated the animation of the character;
  • Built the tutorial part of the isometric platformer.

This week was supposed to be the soft opening week for ETC projects. Sadly, our faculty instructor Tom was sick, and we were unable to show our project to him this week. So we scheduled another time next week.

However, we did get valuable feedback from our instructor Heather and ETC faculty Jonathan.


Our game designer finished the level design and held an internal playtest of the level. It was rather easy to beat the level, but it was extremely challenging to collect all the collectibles.


Our programmer finished implementing all the movements of the character and building the tutorial part according to the user flow created by the UX designers.
